Project Professionals: PMs, Business Analysts, Schedulers & Planners

Remote & Hybrid · Regional Australia Infrastructure Projects

We're scaling our delivery team — and we want experienced project people on board

We're growing our project services practice to support a pipeline of infrastructure programs across regional and remote Australia, working with government, utility and critical-infrastructure clients. We're looking for talented project professionals across a range of disciplines and levels who want meaningful work, real flexibility, and the chance to deliver projects that matter to communities. This isn't a single vacancy. We're opening the door to multiple roles, so if you deliver projects for a living, we'd like to hear from you.

Roles we're hiring for

  • Project & Program Managers — leading delivery, governance, risk and stakeholders end to end
  • Business Analysts — capturing requirements, mapping processes and bridging business and technical teams
  • Project Schedulers — building and maintaining integrated schedules, tracking critical path and progress
  • Project Planners — supporting planning, controls, reporting and forecasting across complex programs

Why this work matters

Our projects sit at the heart of essential services and regional infrastructure, the kind of work that keeps the power on, the water flowing and communities connected. You'll work across IT, operational technology, engineering and cyber workstreams, helping clients land complex programs safely, on time and on budget.

What you might be doing

Depending on your discipline and level, you could be:

  • Driving delivery against scope, schedule, budget and benefits
  • Eliciting and documenting requirements and translating them into clear deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules and critical-path analysis
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinating vendors, contractors and internal teams in live operational environments
  • Producing clear, credible reporting for technical teams and executives alike

Who we're looking for

We're keeping this broad on purpose. You might be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience delivering projects in infrastructure, utilities, engineering, ICT or critical-infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with recognised methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) and project controls tooling (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders along
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and genuine attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, CBAP, AgilePM) are a plus, but capability and track record matter just as much

How we work

  • Remote and hybrid — work from where you're based, with travel to client and project sites as required
  • Regional focus — projects across regional and remote Australia, with flexibility built in
  • Real flexibility — we care about outcomes, not hours at a desk
  • A team that backs you — mentoring, knowledge-sharing and genuine career development

Sound like you?

We're hiring across multiple disciplines and levels, and we'd love to hear from you even if you don't tick every box. Send us your CV and a short note about the kind of work you're looking for, and let's start the conversation.

Cyber Security Analysts & Specialists

Remote & Hybrid · Supporting Regional Critical Infrastructure Projects

We're building a team — and we want to hear from you

We're growing our cyber security practice to support a pipeline of projects across regional and remote Australia, working with utilities, energy, government and critical infrastructure clients. We're looking for talented cyber professionals at all levels — from analysts early in their careers through to senior engineers and consultants — who want meaningful work, genuine flexibility, and the chance to protect the systems communities rely on every day. This is not a single role. We're opening the door to a range of opportunities, so if cyber security is your thing, we'd like to talk.

Why this work matters

Our projects sit at the heart of essential services — the systems that keep the power on, the water flowing and communities connected. You'll work across both enterprise IT and operational technology (OT) environments, helping clients assess their risk, lift their security posture, and build real resilience. It's work where the stakes are high and the impact is tangible.

What you might be doing

Depending on your level and strengths, you could be:

  • Conducting risk and maturity assessments against frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0 and the AESCSF
  • Helping clients meet their SOCI Act obligations, including risk management programs and incident reporting
  • Designing and uplifting security architecture, controls and IT/OT segmentation
  • Monitoring, detecting and responding to threats across IT and OT estates
  • Developing incident response plans, playbooks and running exercises
  • Producing clear, credible reporting for both technical teams and executives

Who we're looking for

We're keeping this broad on purpose. You might be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience in cyber security, IT security, OT/ICS security, GRC, security operations, or a related field
  • Familiarity with recognised frameworks (NIST, AESCSF, ISO 27001, Essential Eight) — or the appetite to learn them
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate risk in plain language
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in critical infrastructure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GICSP, Security+, or similar) are a plus, but attitude and aptitude matter just as much
