Who we are
TeamNEO is a Brisbane-based, Australian-owned technology services company, with offices in Darwin, NT. We provide augmented project teams to Australian government and critical-infrastructure clients across ICT, engineering, cyber security and project management. Our purpose is straightforward: to put the right specialists alongside our clients' own people, so complex programs are delivered safely, securely and on time.
What we do
We curate, vet, contract and deploy specialist project resources, drawn from a trusted network of experienced delivery practitioners. Clients engage us when they need to scale delivery capacity at pace, access specialist skills they don't hold in-house, or de-risk a complex program by embedding proven expertise into their team. Rather than supplying individuals in isolation, we build and stand up cohesive teams that integrate seamlessly into our clients' existing governance, ways of working and operational environment.
How we work
Every resource is engaged under a sub-contractor agreement with TeamNEO, with insurance, vetting, contracting and management handled entirely by us. That means our clients deal with a single accountable supplier across an entire augmented team, simplifying procurement, reducing administrative burden and providing one clear line of responsibility for delivery. We take ownership of the commercial and compliance overhead so our clients can stay focused on outcomes.
